Added a field widget setting to let users define the default list length of a new entity list.

• Update dependency version of video_embed_field module to 2.x

- Changed the site UUID to a hash of the host+port so that the UUID is different on each environment.
- Moved some of the replication upstream to the relaxedws/replicator library
- Requires the latest relaxedws/replicator and relaxedws/couchdb library
- Incompatible with the "Enforce clean and canonical URLs" setting in Redirect module

- Added the site UUID to the replication ID for better consistency with how Relaxed and CouchDB work.

- Adding support for accessing the "original storage" as well as the Multiversion storage overrides.
