Add color module compatibility inside subtheme

Changes since 7.x-1.4:

• Updated UUID to 1.1 to address security advisory.
• Changing labels on user fields to improve usability.

• Added the ability to specify triggering elements for DOM synchronization.
• Added helper class MustacheRenderTemplate for building proper render arrays.
• Minified the sync.js.
• Bugfix: When using rendering with Mustache.php, a malformed Url had been used when it was an internal uri.

Breaking Change

All variables beginning with pwa_swcache_ were renamed to pwa_sw_cache_ (additional underscore added). There is no update hook to fix the change.
