New features

UPDATE FROM PREVIOUS VERSIONS SHOULD BE SMOOTH. ANYWAY PLEASE TEST ON DEVELOPMENT ENVIRONMENT BEFORE USING IT ON PRODUCTION.

In this release I implemented enhancements to the code to avoid the language tag related issues and simply the code along with other new features and sub modules as the following:

* Now passes all billing info (if mapped) to Auth.net

The release contains bugfixes from issue queue and few new small features related to the integration of library with Drupal.

Summary

- Hide field label when Hash is empty.
- Restrict user hash generation and display to roles with use user hash permission.
- Implement user hash authentication provider.
