Initial release providing the basic widget functionality.

This release improves the URL, so they are nicer to share, with the following features:
- When user selects a global filter, this appears as a parameter in the URL, so it's easier to share the URL.
- Added support for term alias. Users can specify an a alias for a term, so it will appear in the URL instead of the default term id.

• Issue #2987276: Started a new branch for [Vardoc] version: 8.x-2.x-dev and extra branch-alias with dev-8.x-2.x to 8.2.x-dev to use Varbase 8.x-5.x and media in Drupal core.
• Issue #3000061: Updated [Varbase core] from 8.5.0-alpha5 to 8.5.0 stable and fixed the automated functional tests.
• Issue #2991872 by bhanuprakashnani, thomasfowles: Fixed non-https fonts in vardoctheme.
• Issue #2995492: Remove [Vartheme Material Design] themes and related module.
