New features

Maintenance release of the Drupal 7 series. Includes bug fixes and small API/feature improvements only (no major, non-backwards-compatible new functionality).

No security fixes are included in this release.

No changes have been made to the .htaccess, web.config, robots.txt in this release, so upgrading custom versions of those files is not necessary.

There is one change to the sites/default/default.settings.php file in this release:

Created a TwigExtension that will return the target / rel attributes for a menu item and implemented it into deGov - Theming module.

The first release of field_slideshow module which supports Cycle2 Plugin!
This branch is not compatible witch branches 8.1 and 8.2!

Some refactoring of the default settings form and added in-page scroll for link elements with an anchor only.
