Made progress on Niobi Resource - we have 3 basic resource types for groups, and now need to finish work on departments.

Update installation scriptto resolve an issue with user picture.

Initial push of 8.x branch to start work on porting

• Issue #3024181: Include composer perfomance with zaporylie/composer-drupal-optimizations

Upgraded to ES Module based routines, documented how to do it and support for CDNs via direct reference. This is months of work poured into HAX itself and the elements surrounding it and this includes a lot of state management enhancements as well.
