Support 8.5.x and 8.6.x core in Guardr's composer file.

Some downstream projects may not be on the very latest Core version. This change is worth testing if they are one version behind. The idea to to provide flexibility for projects, but Guardr shouldn't support Core versions that are not supported by the Drupal Security Team.
