Ability to create any type of sitemap via plugins

The 8.x-3.x release allows not only for customizing the URL generation through UrlGenerator plugins as 2.x does, but also creating multiple custom sitemap types through sitemapGenerator plugins and running all the sitemaps on the same Drupal instance. Now e.g a Google news sitemap can be added to a Drupal instance. This is possible through the new concept of sitemap variants.

- #3013377: Add ability to add notranslate class to certain content types

Send HTML formatted emails.

This is release 1.11 of the Search API module, containing several bug fixes and new features.

Short note: Final chance for providing feedback on #2948707: ContentAccess processor fails to account for all grant records in case you are using more complex node access definitions (and the “Content access” processor). This issue will probably be committed soon.
