Converted browser tests to unit tests.
Added 'json_decode' and 'float' convert filters.
Added 'scrub_class_array' sanitization filter.
Added 'rgb_to_hex', 'css_rgb_to_hex', 'hex_to_rgb', and 'hex_to_css_rgb' color filters.

It's possible now to get the list of ignored names and keys.
