This release adds support for multilingual configuration by taking into account term language (added by i18n_taxonomy). It also includes unique terms functionality, new select list widget and minor bug fixes.
Refactors code to remove uses of deprecated functions in preparation from Drupal 9
Adds an optional new functionality to allow deactivation of users (restricted to users that have only roles matching those assigned with role delegation, eg, editor cannot deactivate an administrator if they are not allowed to delegate administrator). Enable via admin > people > permissions.
The 8.x-1.0-alpha3 release contains only minor updates from alpha2. There is one bug fix and two API changes, plus a number of changes to align the code with the upcoming release of Rules 8.x-3.0-alpha5.
