New features

Working to a stable release. Fixes some issues and added new features.

1. Fixed code standard issues.
2. Fixes issue where the Javascript library doesn't understand date format Y-m-d, so turn it to d-m-Y.
3. Adding feature to add a time delta for start- and end-date. Now you can chose between a date or a time delta.
4. Set disabled date option field to textfield.
5. Make sure variable selected_start_date and selected_end_date are defined.
6. Fixing Start-date / end-date typos.
