Initial Aplha release.

- Simplified AJAX URL.

Extend the name field for course content, course modules, and community content from 50 to 255 characters.

Adding course navigation/progress buttons.

As the module is used on more and more sites and there been any bug reports, we should be confident to tag a beta release.
