New features

Extended the sticky functionality by adding more settings which aid with controlling the positioning for the sticky block.

Now the sticky block can go up when reaching an element defined with a setting.

Need to improve the sticky->mobile feature.

Please ignore this release. It was accidentally cut on the wrong (D7) branch.
