This release just add a new feature. It let phone field be imported from a CSV-file User Import by implementing hook_field_user_import_supported_alter().

8.x-2.0 branch is using default migration api - sqlbase and not dependent on migrate_manifest module. You can run following drush commands to migrate Wordpress data into drupal 8.
