Since Search API Solr 8.x-2.x Search API Solr Multilingual has been merged to that module. But there was no automated upgrade path.
Due to the architectual changes it should be possible now to do an upgrade to Search API Solr 8.x-3.x.
Therefore this release is created to perform the required steps.
The module gets automatically deactivated after the upgrade and isn't required anymore afterwards.

This is the first release candidate of Search API Solr Search 8.x-3.0. It should support upgrade paths from any previous 8.x version including Search API Solr Multilingual 8.x-1.x!
Feedback regarding the upgrade success is still very welcome before the final 3.0 release!
