• #1408226: Subject not encoded for UTF-8 (garbled characters in Outlook)

Menu Link Modal adds functionality to open any internal link into modal window.

Block content machine name adds machine_name field for block_content block content type. Which is used to define the specific block template and class name for that specific block. (Current status does not provide machine_name support to any other block content type.)

Added several core features to create a functioning admin interface, and of course, logging!

Initial release of the module with baseline functionality.
