New features

The big change in this release candidate is implementation of Smart Date Formats, which are translatable configuration entities. Four are created on install/update:

- Minor version changed. Run DB updates after this release download.

- Text is processing with text format now. Issue #3020512. Please update your pop-ups body if you use HTML.

Version 1.6 introduces an option to ask consent for different cookie categories, such as "Analytics", "Marketing". Also a few bugs are fixed.
