The first working release of the linkchecker module.

The dev snapshot for the module.
Provides the link checker functionality for the link entities.

Allow copying blocks on translation. A widget to configure on the manage form display pages is exposed for that.

Install working with base entities. Only test this release do not use in any production environment

• Update Bulma version distributed with theme
• Improved display of checkboxes (prominent in the faceted search), see gitlab.com/drutopia/octavia/issues/60
• Added Display Suite two column stacked template (not used by default but available for site builders switching from the included three column stacked template)

This is the first beta release and brings new features and bug fixes:

* Condition to display message until manually closed
* Allow configuration of form fields
* Support long text messages

Bug fixes:
* Cleaning up deprecated forms and unused code
* Add missing dependencies
* Fix Notice: Undefined variable: data in ConditionalMessageEndpoint.php

Other changes:
* Move the entity links to /admin/content
