The first release of this module.

1. Handling of Single Sign On sessions via SAML
2. Settings allowing modifying user login links to redirect to SAML login
3. Settings requiring authentication prior to viewing web site.
4. Configuration of rules based on SAML service and User profile Fields.

Initial Release for user testing

Initial version. Needs a lot of testing.

In this version, a new option has to be specified in the block configuration (this option corresponds to the contact list ID on mailjet).
