Added a way to turn internal routes to pdf with an option to masquerade as a user.

Implement new command site:init

* Add support for wildcard subdomains in MS Stream video URLs
* Fix module dependencies syntax (https://www.drupal.org/project/video_embed_ms_stream/issues/3078985)

This new release candidate offers support for Portugese MBWAY and SIBS_MULTIBANCO brands, which need some special treatment due to the nature of their payment processes.

Please note, that both new methods are currently only tested in test environment. More in-depth tests both in test and production environments will follow soon.
