Exposed filter plugin and load view service.

Adds Views Field Reference plugin to allow content editor to use exposed filters from view to configure the view display on the page.

• Combines all former INFO/OK requirements into a single INFO requirement.
• Removes weight from single remaining requirement (now alpha-sorts in requirements list by "Git").

Mark as compatible with Drupal 9
Ajaxed content doesn't make it to the page
