New features

Initial beta release of the Commerce Email module. Next steps to tagging a full release include more real world testing, reviewing email customization capabilities, and considering additional events and / or conditions required for the module to be fully usable.

Drupal 9 compatibility. Requires Drupal 8.8 / Drupal 8.9 / Drupal 9.0 or greater.

• Updated rector.yml to support code comments for edge cases from drupal-rector
• #3143153: Generated rector.yml file on Windows is broken due to backslashes from DRUPAL_ROOT

First release of module. Bug fixes and improvements made from alpah2 are included.
