Changes since 8.x-3.0-alpha4

1) Fixing issue with redirect from google service when library is not found
2) Adding webhook for authenticate url access, This can be helpful for other modules to use the authenticate callback
3) Handle error in callback and show proper message
4) Adding Selection handler so that we can load by properties

Changes in this version are mostly done to support Google Authentication for Users
