Added Workspaces graph tab.

- Grid layouts: move container wrapper classes to its own attributes. Also check attributes for "container--" modifier classes and move them to the right container-wrapper attributes.
- Add new container max-width option, to override the default BS container max-width.

Load the site settings via the active loader plugin on the custom form/config page.
