Initial release of Node Alias Link Display, a text filter that replaces /node/{nid} links in content with their friendly path aliases for better SEO and readability. Fully multilingual and requires no configuration beyond enabling the filter in a text format.

• Provides config in Editoria11y settings to override CKEditor's default settings for tables, so that newly inserted tables have a header row, column or both. "Row" is set as the new default; visit the config page to turn this off. This has been something I've wanted to do for a long time; hat tip to notmike and wombatbuddy for showing me how to do this.
