New features

This release adds a configuration option for rendering a collapsible cities list, with sections of the list defaulting to either expanded or collapsed. This option is only available when running the module on PHP 5, because it depends on parsing the XML version of the cities list, which currently requires PHP 5.

Initial release of the jQuery plugins module, which currently includes the "validate" and "metadata" jQuery plugins.
