Merge of nedjo's printable module - it is now possible to enable a printer-friendly version in any page of Drupal.
Support templates for specific content types and location of templates in both the theme directory (checked first) and the module directory.
Add the capability to handle book's PF link via this module

There is a bug in the install (only for new casetracker installs) script!
If you install this version (fresh install) then you have to manually run the update.php script and select the update #21 from the casetracker module dropdown.
