Second test release in the 5.x.3 series, with multiple page support.

This module's name has changed, because it now includes the "Group By Taxonomy Term" module.

Now includes pot files to serve as basis for translation.

- Cleaner code.
- Ready for Panels 2 beta 1. This time the API won't change anymore, so this release will probably stick around for a long time.
- New feature: horizontally filling, smart width tabs: calculates the length of the text in each tab and compares this to the total length of the text on all tabs. It then sets the width property of each tab according to the percentage of text the tab contains. Replaces horizontally filling equal width scaling tabs, which didn't work all that good.

Fix issue with the store module being missing from the alpha9 release

The 5.x-1.3 release of RelatedContent includes among other things:

* Moved the related content selection to an own tab.
* Added paging to the table of nodes to choose from.
* Improved theming with more options.
