First stable release for 6.x

This version fixes the node_access bypass security issue mentioned at #190837: User should not be able set a parent for non-subscribed group
Thanks to Amitaibu for pointing this out! The fix for this also resulted in a new feature. See below.

This revision changed the way the IP Address field was displayed, handled, and validated, and adds new functionality in allowing to restrict a user to an IP Range.

First release as a module on Drupal.org in response to http://drupal.org/node/4354#comment-745858.
