In relation to the 5.x branch of this module, this version adds the capability to export the node contents as a PDF or to send it by e-mail. To generate the PDFs, use either dompdf or TCPDF.

In relation to the last rc9, this release adds the following:

Footer can now be choice between none, site or user-defined
Add other module's CSS files when generating the printer-friendly version
Add footer to the dompdf generation (themeable)

This version contains only the 'printer-friendly version' functionality. It doesn't support the PDF and send by e-mail functions..

Enable selection of none, theme or user-defined logo. Added also capability to upload logo directly from the settings form.

Replaced all inline styles with a core-loaded CSS file
