New features

This is the main development branch for the Cipher module.

Now it cares about localization (locale module). For advance localization like browser language, please install i18n module.

These are the changes:

- All database are now can be imported automatically in UTF8.
- There are one translation: Indonesian language. To others, please contribute too.

Drupal 6 Compatibility - at last!

Based on the DRUPAL-5--2 branch, this release:

• updates the module for Drupal 6
• adds a feature to restrict sending emails depending on the node type (D6 triggers are pretty simple out of the box and address "node created" rather than something like "blog node created").
