Repackaging theme to fix broken link error, also added functionality to inherently support the use of the block_class module. Now, to use Block Class with runvsc -> you just have to enable the module and add your classes :)

Initial release for Drupal 7.x and Bing API 2.x. Additional features may be added on this branch in the future -- feel free to contribute your patches.

Add exclude option on node edit, so that instead of only showing content to certain countries, only exclude content to certain countries.
