New features

Module 2.0 release accompanies Droptor 2.0 release:
- New memory and execution time features
- Improved file removal checks
- Add install script routine and uninstall support
- Refined cache handling for module

This release has a couple of bug fixes, including an issue causing problems with sidebar placements in certain layouts.

Also has added the Gamma subtheme, currently with a dark (grayscale) color scheme, and a "start" of the blue version (this is definitely going to be touched up a lot). Green color scheme coming soon.

Most cache features has been removed due to many issues introduced by the cache code, upgrade is recommended.
