Second alpha of ThemeKey 7.x-1.0.

This is mainly a port of ThemeKey 6.x-3.0 to Drupal 7 with minor improvements created at the Drupal 7 Sprint Camp in Hannover (Germany) on the 16th and the 17th of October 2010 by Carsten Müller, Christian Spitzlay and Markus Kalkbrenner. (Thanks to Eugen Mayer for the JavaScript support)
In addition ThemeKey Properties has been merged into ThemeKey.

Alpha 2 improves the compatibility to Drupal 7 of the rule chain form and the debug feature.

Initial import of the module from http://github.com/levelos/openlayers_kml_layer. From the reame:

A Drupal module that will create an openlayer layer and associate it with one or more map presets when creating or updating configured nodes.

Initial beta release. From the readme file:

This module will create an openlayer layer for each term in an selected vocabulary. The features for each layer are rendered by an openlayers data view display that accepts the taxonomy term as an argument.

1. Fix Daily Proverb Timezone shift problem.
2. A link of My verses in the my account.
3. Add title descriton of chapter for SEO
4. Can use "Book Full name" in URL, ex. /?q=bible/KJV/Genesis/1 (http://drupalbible.mikelee.idv.tw/?q=node/25792
)
5. To remove or add verses directly in the My verses control interface.
6. To have a block for the my verses that can be put anywhere for easy access.
7. To add some tags and notes to my verses.
