New features

New features in this release include:
- Added per-content type configuration for layouts
- Added per-content type configuration for post information
- Added support for vertical tabs
- Added custom options for post information formating of date and the string to be used

This is 6x-1.0 - my fault - as a CVS rookie I have some problems with tags&commits..

Removing Drupal5 site, replacing with Drupal6

Add configurable amount options, refactor how customized options are passed to the form.

Added additional code for integration with loggintoboggan based on a patch from tantai (see http://drupal.org/node/942364).
