Added new Google Fonts (Cuprum, Neucha, Neuton, PT Sans, Philosopher) plus new variants for some existing fonts.

Added more auto-exposed information ... taxonomy tids, user information, etc., and updated README.txt to reflect this. Also, fixed issue #849056.

Added ical_feature, a module that can get you up and running quickly with a default and common config.

Code cleanup, default values fix, weight fix during install/upgrade.
