Goto the block configuration page for an apachesolr mlt block and there are options to restrict the results by content type.

Non-critical release - a minor new feature to enhance the user experience, and a bug fix affecting installations using PostreSQL 8.3:

feature #914552: Return page on errors by leopitt: Added helpful error message to checkout review page when the user is returned there after ERROR, NOTAUTHED and REJECTED transaction responses.

* Multiple individually configurable blocks. This will allow you to control visibility of specific streams stats using Drupal native block visibility tests.
* Full Shoutcast DNAS statistics integration with help from thumb for block and details page.
* GeoIP integration: if GeoIP module is installed then stream details page will display location of listener.
