New features

Major new release. Here are the highlights:

1. Removed Java dependencies:
Removed existing Java-related modules php_java_bridge.module, sheetnode_xls.module, sheetnode_ods.module.

2. Added pure PHP import/export:
Using PHPExcel library to import/export to several spreadsheet formats. Added module sheetnode_phpexcel to communicate with the library.

Feature branch.

First alpha release, considered well-tested already.
