This release contains a number of updates, most notably to the session acceptance workflow. This workflow now contains new states for waitlisted and declined sessions, and the "published" state has been renamed to Confirmed. Session accepted emails now include content moderation links for a "one-click" ability for session authors to confirm or decline that they will be able to deliver the accepted sessions. Also, a block with similar links will appear at the top of the session page, but only for the session author.

Added new permissions: 'administer in content' & 'administer in settings'.
