Fix for compatibility with the locale module

Bug fixes

• Follow up to #570132 to prevent locale from injecting the language prefix into ImageCache URLs.

Other changes

• Simplify the logic in theme_imagecache().

Expose meetupid and a meetup link via views.

Change admin UI to use group_url instead of group_id, as it's much more human findable.

Integration of meetup's AJAX buttons, which can be created either manually, or will automatically be created around the meetup links done with views.
