This release addresses a SESSION control issue that caused IE browser users to switch users if they had multiple sessions open with different browsers on the same desktop.

• Cleaned up tab styles and positioning for several wrapper elements.
• Cleaned up form styles a bit too.
• Made sure that first tab is given active class onload.
• Issue #1596926 by dayer4b: fixed paths of Open Data images. Corrected HTML, using an unordered list now. Modified CSS to adjust, maintain horizontal appearance
• Issue #1596968 by dayer4b: fixed paths of Open Data links. Maps should now load data correctly for any kind of site path.
• Switched tabs' bottom margin to li from ul, this works better if there are multiple rows of tabs.

Added report showing counts of uLogin identities grouped by authentication provider.
