Added an experimental new feature: thumbnail pager.

This allows you to display a list of slide thumbnails so viewers can select slides by clicking on the thumbnail.

Note: The software (with the usual caveats) is tested and operational in all respects (including the new feature), but the design of this feature is still experimental. I am looking for feedback and if anyone has ideas for improvement, such as better simplicity of extensibility, they might be incorporated even if they require changes to slideshows that use this feature.

This update does not include any code modifications.

Added some options for custom instantiation of the LF function. This should allow "Enterprise" users the ability to include their own custom script that calls LF().

Also added the ability for users to wrap the livefyre div with their own custom div for styling/theming purposes.
