Created the module

Added support for location search returning multiple results. Users can now click the results they found to centre the map on that particular location.

Stable release for Drupal 6.x

Changes since 6.x-1.5:

• by Xen: Limit cards to creditcard, if using cardtypelock.
• by Xen: Show configured cards, even when using any creditcard.

Locking the card type made the module display all the possible cards for the type, however, not all might be usable. So now it shows the cards selected.
