Correct code for implementing force recurring contributions option.

• Ability to create shortcut URL to skip first step
• Do not let the user to not select any fields (resulted in a PHP error)
• Fixed permission issue, do not expose log, revision, etc to users without administer nodes perm
• Little wording improvement by seehaw
• Fill comment default configuration

- Rules support and other module-provided mapping.
- Remove built-in criteria set mapping.
- Remove single-field mapping and replace with field grouping.
- Rewrite other built-in mappings to use own hooks.

Important location search change: For those using the location search sub-module, from now on users must have the "access content" permission and any relevant node access rights to see node based location search results and the "view user profiles" and "view all user locations" permissions to see user based location search results.
