Changes the way that collapse.js is added to the page. This should fix all the variety of odd errors about recursive walking, deprecated call-time pass-by-reference, and a number of odd WSODs.
Also changes the default text to remove mention of the arrow, as apparently it isn't clickable.
This version uses <pre> tag only. The {syntaxhighlighter ...} syntax as in 6.1x is not used anymore. If you have been using the 6.1x version of this module, do not upgrade to this version. They are not compatible and there is no upgrade path.
If you have not been using this module and you are just now installing it, this is the recommended version to use. Again, if you have already been using 6.1x version of this module, stay with that 6.1x version.
