First release of the Painted Wall theme for Drupal 6

Updates this module to 6.x and adds some of the bug fixes in the queue, specifically it allows for the css styling of the messages.

This is the second BETA version of the Drupal 6 port of Subscriptions 5.x-2.3.

We do not recommend installing it on a production site, but we encourage you to test it and provide feedback (both good and bad!) in the issues queue. See #273505: Subscriptions for D6 is released! for details.

This versione work but is not completly tested.

Added two files to memetracker from machinelearningapi that better belonged here. Also fixed bug where content in memes got scattered losing its order.
