Fix for bug in PHP mode.

If upgrading, it will be necessary to reset the init parameters:
- go to admin/settings/tinytinymce
- click Reset to defaults

2 new features have been added (this was necessary because the fix changes the way textareas are initialised:
- specify textareas for which TinyMCE is allowed but are not initially switched on
- display textarea IDs - as an aid to identification during setup

Initial release. Module adds 'view own content' and 'view any content' permissions for all of content types.

- Domain attributes is full editable : users can easily add their own domains
- Every content now has its own themeable function to customize the view
- Every organization can classified as customer and/or provider. Only customers are shown in Projects/Task/Tickets/Invoices
- Every organization can be set as active or inactive. Only active organizations are presented when new items are added
- A project has a start and an end date (this will be used to determine if it is active or not in future)
- 'Vat' term has been replaced by 'Tax' everywhere

Works with CiviCRM 2.1 alpha and Drupal 6.x. Please test and post your issues on the project page!
