Functionally equivalent to 5.x-2.0.

Beta because untested outside development system. Bit rough in patches, but intriguing.

Fixed couple issues:
#322005: (geodaniel) Delete link does not work when clean URLs are disabled or site not at top level of domain.
#322006: (geodaniel) Code style issues and bug fixes.

New API functions as well as reworked existing functions. API function names have changed, all modules utilizing the Keys API need to make the appropriate adjustments to their code in order to utilize the API.

6.x compatibility

First release of the module, still under DEV.
