update, various bug fixes, added two block regions

new branch, two new block regions.

Added starts_with() and end_with() functions. These are boolean check versions of before() and after().

Some bugs fixes. No big change done.

Its now time to prepare a total code review. Soon on the next release.

finally i got some time to work on this module. Some fixes and code organisation will mark this release.
