Changes since DRUPAL-6--1-1:

• add option for event theme

This release mainly fixes two critical issues:
- #331293 by Timo.Kissing - Content copy: no fields proposed for export (#320632 followup).
- #331033 Views integration: Fix fatal error in content_handler_field.inc in some circumstances.

Initial dev release.

This is the first 6.x release. Notice that it's 6.x-2.0 -- makes sense, doesn't it? Way back when this got ported to 6.x, I screwed up the branch, so that's why this is 6.x-2.x.

Additional multilingual messages.
Default views for heartbeats.
Lots of small changes.
