I'll try to fix bugs as they are reported, and new betas will be released when it looks stable enough.

- Fix sign checking in parse_formatted_number().
- Added javascript version of the API.
- Added translation template.
- Added feature: passing $decimals = -1 to format_number() can be used to format any number of decimal places.
- Updated README.txt
- Running Drupal's update.php is not required to upgrade.

* Added wildcard, '*', that adds popup rule to every page (http://drupal.org/node/241504).
Bug Fixes
* noReload=TRUE now works coorectly for forms (http://drupal.org/node/333343).

New Release for Drupal 6.x

Some minor fixes:
- Bug Fix: page.tpl.php - Changed $base_path to $front_page so clicking on site-logo or site-name will be aware of $language
- Added the default block, node and comment .tpl files

Port from Drupal 4.7 to Drupal 6. You should probably be using branch 6.2 instead.
